Terms and Conditions
A two night deposit is required within 10 days of the original booking. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
A signed credit card imprint is required upon check for phone charges, key deposit, damages, theft, incidental charges, and cleaning fees.
Cancellations received prior to 45 days of arrival will forfeit $500 of the advanced deposit. Cancellations received within 30 days forfeit the full payment.
A $ 350 departing cleaning fee is required for all reservations.
Local Taxes and Lodging fees is 14.45% of the nightly rental rate |
